Terms Of Service

Not Affiliated With CBS Or Paramount
Reality Show Trading Card Series is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way connected to CBS, Paramount, or the producers of Survivor or of any other television program. SURVIVOR and all related titles, logos, and images are trademarks of, and belong to, their respective owners. No partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement is stated or implied by anything on this site.
Accepting These Terms
Reality Show Trading Card Series (“RSTC”) is operated by Reality Show Fantasy Conglomerate (RSFC). By using realityshowtcs.com — and, where the box is shown, by checking it when you create an account — you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
Eligibility And Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account.
- One account per person. Your collector name is public and identifies you to other collectors.
- You are responsible for your account and for everything done while signed in as you. Keep your password secret.
The Cards And The Registry
RSTC cards are digital collectibles. Every certified card carries a unique registry ID, and the RSTC registry is the official record of which collector owns which certified card. Numbered editions are finite: when an edition is gone, it is gone. If the site and the registry ever disagree, the registry governs.
Tokens And Values
Cards carry internal values used by the site's own mechanics (including a per-card market modifier that moves with completed trades). These values are game accounting only: they are not money, not currency, not prices, not appraisals, and not promises of worth. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or cashed out — ever.
Packs
During the demo period, packs are free and pulls are simulated against the live registry as described on the site. Pack contents are random within the published edition sizes.
Trading
- Trades happen collector to collector. An offer is a proposal; a trade is complete only when the other collector accepts it.
- Accepted trades are final. When a trade completes, registry ownership changes hands and the trade is recorded in the ledger.
- RSTC does not hold cards in escrow, does not guarantee any collector's conduct, and is not a party to your trades.
- The favor bar shown with an offer is informational only — a rough balance indicator, not a valuation and not advice.
Fair Play
- No bots, scrapers, or automated abuse of the site or its APIs.
- No wash trading, puppet accounts, or other manipulation of card values or market signals.
- No exploiting bugs — report them instead. Cards or advantages gained through an exploit may be reversed.
- Violations can lead to suspension or termination of an account.
Intellectual Property
The site, its software, the registry system, original artwork and designs, and the RSTC and RSFC names and marks belong to RSFC. Television show titles, logos, photography, and likenesses belong to their respective owners and are not ours to license to you. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights.
Ending An Account
You may delete your account at any time from Advanced Settings; the Privacy Policy describes what deletion does. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
Disclaimers And Liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSFC's liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, during the free demo period, is zero.
Changes To These Terms
If these Terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
Governing Law And Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Questions: [email protected].
